LBT (Legs, Bums & Tums)
Ladies only aerobic and resistance based sessions, taught through a series of exercises using a variety of equipment such as weights, resistance bands and Kettlebells.
With this program, you’ll be getting a head-to-toe workout. You’ll be doing upper body exercises, lower body exercises, PIyo, Pilates, Step and Cardio. However, you’ll be doing all of these with the addition of weights to maximize your results.
MMFit Camp is a 45-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, resistance bands, dumbells and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

Circuit training is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. The training comprises of 6 to 10 strength exercises that are completed one after another. Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or a set time before moving on to the next exercise.
